There's much to see here now that the puppies are here. Dottie had nine puppies on May 15, 2021. The pictures below are from 2 weeks and 2 - 4 days. The litter had 3 females and 6 males. Take your time and look around. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.
Dottie went into labor on Friday, May 14, 2021, at around 11:30 PM. As we had an X-ray done the Monday before, I had a puppy count and was expecting 8 maybe 9. I knew I was in for a long night. Dottie was a a good mom and did most of the work. Puppies came at intervals of between 30 minutes to 1 hour. An hour+ in one case, at which point the baby came right away after I stood her up. Baby number 9 came at 5:30 AM, Saturday, May 15, 2021. It is impossible to describe the relief I felt after Maybe 9 was born, that was a long hard night for Dottie. All nine babies were born with no major issues or complications. All were breathing fine and were strong.
The following Thursday, May 20, 2021, at day 5 the puppies had their dew claws removed. They never barely knew anything had happened; they were a little fussy the next day. BAER hearing tests are scheduled for May 28, 2021, and they will get vaccinated the week of July 10, 2021. After that the puppies will go to their new homes. There were 6 males and 3 females. I can not say for certain how many of these puppies are LUA/HUA at this point until we receive the report from UC Davis. Meanwhile, you can tell from their spots already a bit. If you care to guess let me know what you think.

We are accepting applications and we will contact you to review it with you. Currently we do not have any puppies available and don't anticipate having another litter for some time, most likely in the spring of 2022 Until then I am not requesting a deposit but you may still use the form to contact me to let me know of your interest in getting a Dalmatian puppy. If the need is immediate I will help you to get in touch with some very reliable breeders of Dalmatians. When the puppies arrive a deposit of $500.00 will secure your choice. The balance of $2,000.00 is due when you pick up the puppy. The current litter (born 5/15/21 all went to their new home on July 10, 2021, except two which I kept for an additional week. Ideally they should all have gone home at 8 weeks, but 9 weeks isn't too late. At the time the puppies went home they were vaccinated (5 in one), had dew claws removed, were AKC registered, have a lifetime AKC reunite microchip (indiminichip) inplant, have OFA registered hearing tests, and had hyperuriscosuria tests (HUA/LUA.) Although this litter is entirely adopted, please don't hesitate to contact me regarding obtaining a puppy. I have numerous contacts who breed Dalmations and have litters coming up sooner than mine. They will also request an application and will ask the same questions, so please fill out an application and send it along as well
